'苹果酸脱氢酶'[1](英语:Malate dehydrogenase,EC 1.1.1.37)是一种在三羧酸循环中催化L-苹果酸转变为草酰乙酸(使用NAD+)的酶。苹果酸脱氢酶不应与苹果酸酶相混淆,后者催化苹果酸变为丙酮酸,产生的是NADP+。
