一、上肢骨连结

上肢骨的连结包括上肢带连结和自由上肢骨的连结。

（一）上肢带连结(joint of shoulder girdle)

1. 胸锁关节(sternoclavicular joint)

2. 肩锁关节(acromioclavicular joint)

3．喙肩韧带(coracoacromial lig)

（二）自由上肢骨连结

1．肩关节(shoulder joint)

2. 肘关节(elbow joint) 肘关节是由肱骨下端与桡、尺骨上端构成的复合关节，它包括三个关节。

肱尺关节(humeroiulnar joint)：

肱桡关节（humeroradial joint）：。

桡尺近侧关节(proximal radiolnar joint)：

1）前臂骨间膜(interosseoius membrane of forearm)：

二、下肢骨的连结

（一）下肢带骨的连结

'1'．骶髂关节(sacroiliac joint) 由骶骨和髂骨的耳状面构成。

'2'．耻骨联合(pubic symphysis)

3．骶结节韧带(sacrotuberoius lig) 和骶棘韧带 (sacrospinous lig)

'4'．骨盆(bony pelvis) 是由骶骨、尾骨和两侧髋骨及其连结构成。

（二）自由下肢骨的连结

1．髋关节(hip joint) 由髋臼和股骨头构成。

2．膝关节(knee joint) 由股骨和颈骨的内、外侧髁及髌骨构成。

3．踝关节(ankle joint) 由胫、腓骨的下端与距骨滑车构成。

4．足弓(arches of foot) 跗骨和跖骨连成的凸向上的弓称为足弓。
