血栓素A2是一种血栓素,常用作血管收缩剂,可以激活血小板、使其聚集,是治愈组织损伤和发炎的常用药。但也会导致心绞痛。
血栓素A2通过血栓素A合酶由前列腺素H2产生,在水溶液中极不稳定,30秒内将水解成血栓素B2。因此主要以组织附近的自分泌或旁分泌中介的方式作用。而其相关研究也是用类似物U46619和I-BOP来做的。[1] 人体实验中,依照11去氢血栓烷B2的等级来测试血栓素A2的产生。[2][3]
